Planning for success
The key to working smarter is knowing the difference between motion and direction.
An effective plan is vital to the achievement of any company’s objectives. It focuses activity, galvanises resources and directs the actions of everyone in the company, towards a common, meaningful goal.
However, in today’s environment, plans must be continually refined and developed in order to take into account the ever changing competitive landscape. For a plan to be effective, it must identify the Key Performance Areas for success, and measure them regularly. Deviations from the required milestones should be investigated, and course corrections established when necessary, in order to get back on track.
The Sales Development Centre work with our clients to establish plans with clear goals for all Key Performance Areas, then at regular intervals, review performance, and help refine and develop them to ensure that they remain on track.
